Locker Membership Policy
It is the responsibility of each member to read and abide by each of these policies.

$100 includes 4 work sessions and use of 1 locker per month:
Unused worksessions do not roll over to the following month; no exceptions.
Payment can be made during Shop Hours between the 1st and 7th of each month.
Auto-pay is available to Locker Members willing to commit to more than 3 consecutive months.
Use of studio equipment, glazes and firing services are included for up to 20 pots per month.
Locker Membership does not include anything made outside the studio.
Personal clay, glazes, tools, ect. need to be stored in assigned locker at the end of each work session.
Work-in-progress Shelving:
Members should store their greenware on the work-in-progress shelving for up to one month.
A post-it note to display name & date must be on the outside of plastic.
Shelving is communal and emptied each month.
Any dried out, forgotten or old greenware will be tossed at the beginning of each month.
Bisqueware shelving:
Members will find their bisqueware on the bisqueware shelving, located at the back of the Studio.
Shelving is communal and artwork is organized by signature.
The bottom of each piece is marked with the numerical month in which it was unloaded from the bisque firing. For example, if there is a “3” on the bottom, we know that it was unloaded from the bisque firing sometime in March.
Members can store their bisqueware in the studio for 2 additional months from when it was unloaded from the bisque firing. For example, if there is a “3” on the bottom, that member can store their bisqueware on the shelving for the rest of “3” for March, the full month of “4” in April and the full month of “5” for May.
Bisqueware shelving is emptied each month to make space for current members. Any bisqueware that is older than 2 full months will be tossed. For example, if there is a “3” on the bottom, the earliest our staff are allowed to toss it is at the beginning of “6” for June.
Finished Projects:
Members will find finished artwork on the finished projects shelving; located at the back of the Studio.
Shelving is communal and organized by signature.
Members can store their finished projects for up to 2 months.
Forgotten glazed ware will be donated after 2 months.
Cancellation or Adjustment:
Please email the Studio Manager info@costamesaceramics.com two weeks prior to any necessary adjustments, pauses or cancellations of membership.
This is especially important for members enrolled in auto-pay.
On the last day of membership, the cubby should be emptied and cleaned. Any greenware or glazed ware that still needs to be fired can be put on the appropriate cart and will be fired for you; pick it up two weeks later.
The Studio reserves the right to edit, adjust and/or update these policies at any time and without notice.
All questions, comments and concerns should be directed to the Studio manager via email: info@costamesaceramics.com
